Position Description
Seeking a motivated and experienced Implementation Manager to deliver multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for directing the activities of business analysts, developers and language engineers to deploy large-scale enterprise software projects and communicating with high profile clients on a daily basis and the creation of project plans, design documents and status reports. Ongoing functions include meeting with customers to understand their technology integration needs and concerns, facilitating scoping and design sessions and interfacing with engineering, marketing and business teams.
Responsibilities will include
Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
At least 5 years of Enterprise Software consulting or project manager experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Professional client management experience
Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to drive multiple simultaneous projects to completion on-time and within budget
Regional travel may be required
